We offer a full refund up to 2 days before the scheduled event, any refunds requested later may not guarantee a complete refund. If a discount and/or offer was used during the purchase, an additional discount may be offered for future use. Refunds may include a small fee due to payment restrictions.
For Products
Examples: Shop Products including Bracelets, Necklaces, Chains, etc.
We may offer a full refund if the product is returned in a new and resalable condition within 7 days of arrival. Proof of purchase may be necessary and discounts may be refunded if applicable. If the product was damaged during shipping or delivery, we may offer compensation depending on the situation.
